You can still apply. You are welcome to list volunteer service in the Employment section; just make sure to label it as a volunteer experience. 

Here are some other tips on how you can fill out that section: 

1. If you do not have a name to input, write "Not Applicable" in the text box.
2. If you do not have an email address, you can put unknown@noemail.com in that field. 
3. If you don't have a phone number, you can type in 000-000-0000. 

*Please note: You will still have to choose a state and indicate the dates (must be in the past) from the drop-down menus.
